Diamond Vogel and Northwestern College are hosting a Future Ready Iowa Employer Summit in Orange City on Tuesday, October 29, in the Vogel Community Room located in Northwestern College’s DeWitt Learning Commons. The summit will take place from 7:00 – 9:30 a.m.
Future Ready Iowa Employer Summits offer an opportunity for employers to leverage the Future Ready Iowa program to grow their skilled workforce.
The summit will include presentations about hiring and retaining underrepresented populations, enhancing high school to workforce pipelines, collaborating with community partners, and financial resources to support these efforts.
Future Ready Iowa is an initiative to build Iowa’s talent pipeline and works to connect Iowans to the training and education required for good paying jobs and careers to improve people’s lives.
