Each fall, the Orange City Parks and Recreation Department offers free tulip bulbs to the public. The bulbs were previously planted last year and have been dug out in preparation for new plantings.
The bulbs are available on a first come, first serve basis and residents are encouraged to plant the bulbs in order to enjoy the colorful blooms in the spring.
This year the tulip bulbs are available at the downtown bandshell in Windmill Park from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 28 through Friday October 30.
