Projects in Benton, Iowa and Poweshiek counties have received grants through the Diamond Vogel 2023 Paint Iowa Beautiful and Keep Iowa Beautiful programs. Recipients and projects include:
- Belle Plaine: The City of Belle Plaine’s painting project includes fire hydrants, well field piping and wastewater facility above ground piping.
- Marengo: MarenGO Community Development’s painting projects will focus on downtown Marengo.
- Montezuma: The local government will use its paint grant to focus on a mural in downtown Montezuma.
The program provides free paint to a wide variety of public service projects throughout Iowa.

In the 20-year partnership with Keep Iowa Beautiful, Diamond Vogel has awarded over 13,270 gallons of paint for 1,438 community projects in Iowa.
