Our growing public accounting firm is looking for a dynamic Firm Administrator who thrives on bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to a busy professional environment. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who sees the big picture, anticipates needs before they arise, and keeps operations running smoothly so our partners and staff can focus on exceptional client service. As our Firm Administrator, you will serve both locations from our main office in Orange City, spending time as needed in the Rock Valley office. You would serve as the operational and executive leader of the firm, helping to foster a culture where our employees’ God-given gifts, talents and interests are maximized.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
5 or more years of experience as a firm administrator or in a comparable administrative role, preferably within a professional office environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
Strong leadership, sound judgment, and exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
