The City of Orange City invites residents to an open house to discuss the community’s current and future housing opportunities. The event will occur on Saturday, January 11, at 10:00 AM at the Prairie Winds Event Center, located at 908 8th St SE, Orange City.
The meeting will include updates on various housing projects, specifically the proposed Porches concept by Vision Builders for the former MOC-FV Elementary site. Discussions will also cover plans for rental properties, ongoing development in the Puddle Jumper area, Gelderland addition, the Canals area, and North Weiland.
