On Monday, September 30, the Orange City Chamber of Commerce, Orange City Ambassadors and community members participated in a ribbon cutting for the North Weiland housing development.
The new development was made possible thanks to the city of Orange City, Vollink Enterprises, Realty Associates and Ground Effects. Located on the north end of Orange City, the addition features larger lot sizes. North Weiland lots are still available for purchase, and those interested in the addition are encouraged to contact Realty Associates for more information.
The spec home currently being built in the addition has already been purchased, confirming the active real estate activity in Orange City.
The North Weiland addition is representative of the active residential construction seen in the Orange City community and shows momentum from a record-breaking 2018 construction season.
