The Orange City Public Library is excited to receive its book bike! This will help them with community outreach!

The bike is equipped with an interior bookshelf, brochure holder, chalkboard, front fold-down shelf, electric with 7 speeds, and umbrella holsters for sun & rain!

Thank you to Kiwanis for providing $13,000 in funds for safety equipment and accessories. The other $1,400 was raised through the Library’s book sale in 2025.

There will be a schedule for upcoming book bike adventures as they use this bike to expand access to educational resources in our community, promote reading motivation, and engage the underserved and reluctant learners.

We can’t wait to see it out and about!
