While COVID put a pause on programming, it provided an opportunity for improvements. The main museum building received new paint and flooring, new exhibit walls were built, and new display cases and mannequins were installed.
Additionally, they continue work on the Annex building, the future home to the museum’s military collection. The building was completely remodeled, stripped down to the studs, and received new wiring, flooring, drywall, and windows.
The outside grounds were also renovated including walkways and a floral garden. For more info or to learn about their upcoming Winter Nights at the Museum, you can follow their YouTube channel or Facebook Page.
