Northwestern Symphonic Band, ensembles to perform
The Northwestern College Symphonic Band will present a worldwide-themed concert on Friday, Nov. 15, and two Northwestern chamber ensembles will perform Friday, Dec. 13.

The Northwestern College Symphonic Band will present a worldwide-themed concert on Friday, Nov. 15, and two Northwestern chamber ensembles will perform Friday, Dec. 13.
Northwestern College’s theatre department will present “Sense and Sensibility” Nov. 14, 16, and 21–23 in the DeWitt Theatre Arts Center’s England Proscenium Theatre. The show will begin at 7:30 each of those evenings; there will also be a 2 p.m. matinee on Saturday, Nov. 16.
Artwork by Nebraska artist Susan Moore will be displayed in Northwestern College’s Te Paske Gallery Oct. 23 through Dec. 13. “Sugar Coated” features hyper-realistic oil paintings that provide stunning portraits of food.
Northwestern College computer science majors Mari Hirota and Pratik Paudel will compete at HackHarvard 2024, a computer coding event, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Oct. 11-13.

Jordan Feliz, a popular Christian recording artist, will bring his “Everything Good Tour” to Northwestern College on Saturday, Nov. 9. The concert, opening with recording artist Joseph O’Brien, will begin at 7 p.m. in Christ Chapel.
As part of Raider Nation Celebration, the Northwestern College music department will present a fall music showcase on Saturday, Oct. 5, at 7 p.m. in Christ Chapel.
Northwestern College’s theatre department will present “The Perfect Dog” children’s play Friday evening and Saturday afternoon, Oct. 4 and 5. Both performances—at 7 p.m. Friday and 4 p.m. Saturday—will take place in the DeWitt Theatre Art Center’s Allen Black Box Theatre.
Northwestern College will present four of its alumni with awards recognizing their accomplishments and service during Raider Nation Celebration, the college’s Homecoming and Family Weekend. The recipients will be honored during a banquet Saturday evening, Oct. 5.
