Orange City Area Home Health & Hospice will move to a new location beginning October 1, 2026.
The office will relocate from 400 Central Avenue NW, Suite 200, to:
626 8th Street SE
Orange City, Iowa 51041
Located approximately four-tenths of a mile from Orange City Area Health System’s main campus, the new office is more centrally located and offers a more accessible entrance without the challenging stairs found at the previous location. The space will also provide a dedicated area for support groups, educational programs, and gatherings for patients and families.

Their efforts have created an accessible, welcoming space that will serve our community well for many years to come.”
The relocation will not affect the care or services patients receive. Orange City Area Home Health & Hospice will continue providing compassionate, personalized care to patients within a 30-mile radius of Orange City.
“Our team is eager to serve patients and families in a space that is easier and safer to access,” said Korrie Ewoldt, Home Health & Hospice Nurse Manager. “The new office provides that accessibility while giving us space to expand the support, education, and connection we can offer patients, families, and others navigating illness, caregiving, and loss.”
Office hours will remain Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Home Health & Hospice accepts many payment sources, including Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and private pay. Coverage and eligibility may vary by service and individual plan.
