Orange City library expands services for Spanish-speaking patrons

Students in Anna Bartlett’s ESL class practice conversational English in front of their classmates in the basement of the Orange City Public Library. ESL courses are offered year-round at the library and have grown in recent years as more newcomers have arrived in the region.
