Aquatic Fitness Programs – Orange City Pool
This summer, take advantage of all the Orange City swimming pool has to offer for your fitness goals.
Bring the gym to the water by using drag resistant equipment (barbell, leg fins & bells). It will help improve your flexibility, balance, strength, core stability, coordination, recovery, speed, power, agility, and endurance. Two types of classes are offered: Barbell 360 and Total Body Workout.
aquastrength : aqua zumba 30:30
Thirty minutes of Aquastrength, followed by 30 minutes of Aqua Zumba, this class will satisfy the
CAPS (cardio, agility, power & speed) portion of the Aquastrength class. You get two classes in one hour and an effective workout choreographed to music.
Please wear water shoes/socks, and bring water to drink.
The pool is open for adult lap swimming during the following hours:
Monday–Friday: 6:00–7:00am and 11:45am–12:50pm
Daily admission charged, season ticket, or budget pass.
Orange City Area Fitness Center members get free access to lap swimming.
The aquatic facility is available for rent, by the hour.
Weekdays: 7:30– 8:30pm
Call to request a different time.
Rental Charge: $100 per hour with water slide and splash pad or $75 per hour without water slide.
