Northwestern College has awarded sabbaticals for the 2021–22 academic year to two longtime professors: Dr. Robert Hubbard, theatre, and Dr. Laird Edman, psychology.
Northwestern College’s production of “Jabberwocky,” a children’s play based on a well-known “nonsense” poem by author Lewis Carroll, won multiple awards at the 2021 national Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival.
The Northwestern College theatre department will present a romantic comedy by William Shakespeare on the Orange City Windmill Park stage during two weekends in early October.
Community members are invited to two free events showcasing the talents of the Northwestern College theatre department.
Ten Northwestern College professors will conduct research and pursue further study this summer with funding from the Northwestern Scholarship Grants program.
