As part of our mission to provide a “lifetime of care,” Kanaal Huis will not only give 55+ adults a place to thrive as they journey through their senior years, but it will hopefully free up single-family homes in the communities we serve.

Located in Orange City, Iowa, our Kanaal Huis community was built with those over 55 in mind. The community itself features everything you need to stay connected to friends and family while downsizing to a more functional home like a pond, shared space and city bike paths. Kanaal Huis features 36 units that consist of four 1-bedroom units, four 1-bedroom plus a den units, and the remaining 28 will be 2-bedroom units.
Each unit in the building is equipped with a heated garage for your convenience. They are a first-come, first-served basis and are approximately 28 feet deep, giving you plenty of space to store your belongings in front of your vehicles.
