Orange City Area Health System CEO Honored as a Top CEO Nationally

Marty Guthmiller named among 103 “Critical Access Hospitals CEOs to Know” by Becker’s Hospital Review

Marty Guthmiller, who has served as Chief Executive Officer for Orange City Area Health System since 1994, was named among Becker’s 2025 list of “Critical Access Hospital CEOs to Know.”

Guthmiller has spent more than 30 years of his career in healthcare. During his tenure as CEO for Orange City Area Health System he oversaw the planning, fundraising, and construction of its $29.6 million campus replacement project, which was completed in 2006, according to Becker’s.
